A little dance floor advice that I follow! Its all about reading the crowd and knowing what to play and when to play it! Also what age group you are looking to get out on the floor! Some songs are multi generational and some hit a certain age group, It’s my job to know the music from the 1940’s era and everything right up to today’s music which I pride myself on. Having this vast knowledge is critical when there is a breakdown of the dance floor. To simplify it I have to know what gets people excited and moving!!
