“I’ve seen pictures of your setup and was wondering why you have two computers on the table? Does it really take two computers to run everything?”

No, actually I don’t use two computers to run my system. I have one main computer which controls the music, and the other computer is simply a backup. There is also an addition computer on stand by ready to go with 2 external hard drives. I always keep one backup out, hooked up, and ready to go at a moment’s notice in case the main computer would lock up or would need to be rebooted for some reason. If that happens, I can immediately go to my backup computer and play music from it until my main computer boots back. This means there won’t be any breaks in the music if a problem arises. Also, when you book me for your wedding, I also make sure all of your songs (ceremony, first dances, parent dances etc) are in my backup computer just in case I have to use it. It’s just another way I make sure I am more than prepared for your event.
